Like the tittle says this was my first pork butt and it was the best pulled pork I have ever had. With the help from this forum I made my own bbq sauce and found a rub recipe online that I liked. I smoked it with applewood at 240 till the internal temp hit 160 while spraying it every 30min with apple juice and adding more chips(30 min is when the smoke would start to go away). I then wrapped it in tin foil till the internal temp hit 205. Its the most moist pulled pork ever. I was able to just pull the bone right out the meat and not have to clean it.
