first meatloaf....

    Did my first meatloaf today. on a whim. Was doing a pork butt for pulled pork and had a rack empty. It is very good but was done fast. Only about 2 hrs. i was very suprised. I have had hamburgers take longer. It was only 235deg also. I pulled it at 180!!!!!. way done but very good. It was on the bottom rack of my gosm. I posted pix already in the pork section so I will just link it. I will be doing a lot more of these....
