I made a pizza fattie kind of spur of the moment and thats kind of how it looks. It tasted awesome but it looks like a mess but for my first one im happy with it. Now i have lots of idea for my next fatties.

As long as your happy with the taste, who gives a hell what it looks like... Who said BBQ was a picture perfect thing? Nice work!

Yep, looks okay to me too. [IMG]

My first one looked like a log-shaped meatloaf. I had a little problem with the rolling and keeping the stuffing inside. [IMG]

    Still tasted good though.

Looks good to me! I have found that cheese heavy fatties are always messy. Don't worry, be happy!

If ya want a pretty fattie for slicing when using cheese, Let it cool compleatly b4 slicing. Then reheat what you are going to eat.[IMG]
