I'm wishing I had one smoking right now.

Posting your pics is easy , you are almost there. Go to your album , under each pic are 4 lines of computer stuff , the bottom line called Img code is the one you want. Just right click on that line then select copy. In your post here , start a new line and paste that link . repeat for all the pics you want to share.

I grabbed one of yours just to show it works :

Very Nice!! Looks like ya nailed it

Don't forget to stop by roll call and post an intro thread tell us about you, your smoker, and smoking experience its kinda a tradition around here

Here is your pic using the bottom code there. You may consider one size smaller 800x 600 and it should be just right.

Hope this helps.
Ron

You are very welcome, it looks great.

Wanted to share my rub and mop for any interested. Rookie to Brisket not a rookie to smoke.

Rub
I used my standard rib rub I make up to do my brisket. Started with a light rub of Frenchâ€[emoji]8482[/emoji]s mustard then rubbed in the spices and let set while the smoker came up to temp and stabilized. The rub ingredients as follows:
½ cup brown sugar
¼ cup paprika
1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
1 tablespoons ground cumin
1 tablespoon granulated garlic
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon of fresh ground black pepper
1 tablespoon chili powder
1/2 tablespoon ground celery seed

Mop
I donâ€[emoji]8482[/emoji]t like to put spices in my mop; I think my rub has all the seasoning it needs. So here is my mop recipe
1 cup apple juice
1 cup Meyerâ€[emoji]8482[/emoji]s dark rum
½ cup water
