Okay, I just ate leftovers from yesterday's smoke and the bitter taste I encountered last night was completely gone from the a jus and beans. Go figure!!!

oh heck no! I'd a set that sucker to cook and gone hunting...

Looks good though....did a little flat end friday night...i think I'll have some of that for lunch today...

I know...I know

I'm so ashamed!!!! I was weak. The problem is my wife made the plans for US and she is a much better shot than I so I was scared!!! She's the kind of woman who would wait until I was asleep, sew me up in the sheets, and beat me to death with a wiffle bat!!!!
