It had really good flavor and was really juicy too. As I was cutting it the juices were running out if it. I do think the next time I do it I'm going to add more brown sugar to the rub hoping it might melt a bit and hold the rub together a bit better.

Any thoughts, opinions, or advice?

Great job!!! That looks amazing.. I am not a fan of sweet and beef, so i would not add any. Having the little bits and what not come off is what I expect to see when I do mine.
 
Next time leave it foil or wrap in foil than wrap in a towl or two or three. Put in a ice chest for one two hours can be longer if you want it will stay Hot, I think thay come out better more tender and let's you do other things.

I did wrap it on foil and let it set for a while before I cut it...
