I used Bardley cure with 3 variations. One I bagged and added brown sugar salt and water then bagged for ten days.


Another I used carry alongs and used Bradley brown sugar and maple syrup.


The last is dry cure only!


Too salty! Put in a rinse to soak!

looking good. I just finished my first batch and was so excited with results I want to start again.
 
Pulled it after 7 hours now off to fridge to rest

I have noticed I have uneven smoke in my smoker. Some was over smoked and some was just right. Guess I have a ways to go to learn my smoker.

good looking bacon AZ- only store bought I get is for abt's etc. once y start making your own u don't go back.
