Hi to all!  New to the forum, which has already been alot of fun to read, and wanted to introduce myself.  I am Mark from Indiana.  I have spent the last ten years working at an apartment complex that did not allow any sort of outdoor cookers.  But I have now broken free from this mean spirited rule and am sliding back into the saddle!  As I had to get rid of all my equipment during that time, I have to start over.  I found a little 16" charcoal smoker the other day at the lumber yard on clearance ($10!) and figured it would be a good start.  Not what I really wanted, but hey, it will do for the moment.  No idea on the brand...there is no plating and the box is already long gone.  The plan is to start out kinda slow and straightforward, then after a bit start experimenting.  I have a woodworking business as a part time gig, so I have lots of scrap of varying varieties to play with.  All in all, I am looking forward to great times, great food, and unique tastes!

Thanks
