For my SnP...

I'd have had it done earlier, but cutting expanded metal with a dremel...
I thought I'd put sides on it, but that's moot. 15x26 inches, 6 inches at each end bent up. Eazzy squeezy! I had a 2x4 foot chunk of XM, so I have enuf left for a UDS fire grate. I have a donated pizza pan for the ash catch. Now a couple stand offs, a few stainless nuts and bolts, and a drum...

Isn't made yet...I don't have a drum, but I, uh, er, adapted, yeah, that's it, the idea from a photo I saw on one of the forums...probably the 200+ page, 3000+ response thread on Brethren. Sequester yourself for like 5 days...have somebody shove food and water under the door now and then. The running gag is, "I read the entire post...is there a T-Shirt commemorating the endeavor?"
I'll mock something up today to post. That'll take lots less time than looking for the one I'm copying, er wait, modifying. Yeah.

Just throwing in a suggestion about cutting expanded metal. Try using a skillsaw with a masonary blade. Fast and easy.
