A friend hauled it home from my work for me on thursday, so we made dinner on it tonight.

Cooked at 195 for about 1.5 hours then turned it up to finish the pork.
Boneless pork chops with my butt rub, zucchini half with old bay and garlic powder and half with the butt rub, and potatoes, with some olive oil and S&P.

We had to finish off the zucchini in the NuWave oven, and the potatoes in the Breville oven.

Everything was very good, cooked the pork to 150.

Not much of a smoke flavor but did seem to have a faint smoke ring sorry no pick of that.

Looks delicious!  Congrats on getting that RT home.  I usually use one of Todd's tube smokers for some extra smoke flavor.
