Finally gonna smoke some wings!!!

  1. Picked up some fresh wings from my local store
    Seasoned them up with jeffs dry rub. Now gonna let them sit for a few hours to soak up all that goodness.

  3. Ive got some mesquite and hickory chips im gonna use. My MES highest temp is 275 i believe so im gonna throw them on my grill to crisp them up if needed. Im gonna try that recipe on my next batch of wings.

    That should work great, I did a bunch of smoked wings on my WSM for Super Bowl and just finished them in a 400° oven for 10 minutes before saucing them. That worked real well.

  12. Well gentlemen here they are in all of their glory. They turned out amazing. I definitely will be doing wings again...and again....and again.
