  1. i was trying to find what temp a fatty is taken out and do i wrap or not wrap and will the stuff inside mess with the temp of the sauage. thanks

    I pull mine at 160*, some go higher (dry) but no lower than that!!

    I pull them off around 165... i have never wrapped em....
  5. ok thank you i have never done them before i wonder if i could make a breakfest one with eggs already have sausage mushrooms onion a little maple syurp and dont forget cheese to bind it all together hope it works
