Fatties and ABT's

    just thought id share these with you all. its my first try with fatties and abt's and i must say, they were to die for. i stuffed the fatties with bells and mozz cheese and those little turds are a must now for any smoke in the future. thank you all for gettin me hooked on the good stuff!

    Now you got me goin. Those look really good.
    Smoking 10 lbs. of chicken leg quarters tomorrow.
    Now I have to make another run and get some japs and JD sausage. May have to use two smokers to handle it all.

    Looks nice Dozer I'm jealous! I couldn't get any jalepenos this week! They are addictive.

    i have yet to do abt's all my peppers go to salsa. those look awesome- i will definitely be doing some for summersvilly as my plants should be "flowering" by then

    Those look GOOD! Next fatty I make, I'm going to have to stuff it with something. I have made fatty's in the past and I (don't kill me) wasn't impressed. They were dry and tasted like smoked hamburger. I have used JD sage and hot and a store brand. They all tasted the same. I might be missing something.
