what temp does the fattie need to be done? been on for 2hrs at 230

You should use an internal probe in the center of the fattie. Smoke until it gets to 160-165.

Time will vary some on what you have it stuffed with so temp is the only safe way.

At the temp you are smoking it, if you have wrapped it in bacon, when it gets crisp it will be perfect inside. If you're smoking it by itself, you may want to bump up the temp to 250, It won't take so long and you will get every bit of deliciousness that you will at 230F.
