fathers day smoke

    hi everyone

    today i smoked up some spares and 2 chickens and some plain old fattys and some skinnys and some brats and some of dutches wicked baked beans i made way to much food for 4 people everything turned out great

    the ribs i used down yonder pork rub and plum wood for smoke and on the chicken i used down yonder lemon pepper and dill rub and maple for smoke

    nothing like good company and good food you guys have a great week

    Holy buckets that is a whole messa food!!! I have indegestion just looking at it all hehe...
