Fat back: Quick question

  1. Can't seem to find any fat back that's not salted. Is there a way to rehydrate and remove the salt? Will it work to just soak in water for 24hrs?

    You can try. Soak in fridge and every 8 hours or so change out water. Add potato slices too. Amazingly good at absorbing chlorides.
