Hey everyone, im Aaron. Im a small business owner (metal project design, engineering and fabrication. )
this is my beastly ugly smoker/grill combo made out of spare materials.
built it over 2 days after I had shopped around for a grill and smoker (didnt like the prices). Soon ill be building a second cold smoker for bacon and other specialty meats. Im also getting into making sausage and encasing links.
