Experiemental Sunday- Pork Tenderloins

    Friday I took two pork tenderloins, liberally seasoned, tied them together, and refrigerated for 2 days. It's almost time to put them on the smoker to see if they'll cook up decent while tied together. I'm starting the smoker around 180F for an hour, then up to 225F until internal temp is 140F-145F.
