    But not to grilling and smoking. I have won a trip to Pittsburg in a restaurant cook off and paid my way thru college by being the butcher/ grill chef in SE Missouri.

    I currently own an older N
    Ew Braunfels Chamber smoker and a std Weber. I covet a Big Green Egg and that might be what I buy myself for Christmas. Besides normal smokin I typically cook two or three hawgs every year.

    I specialize in ribs, shoulders and fresh hams.
