Did two parties this weekend. Loads of fun! Smoked a 15.5 lb brisket, Southern pork ribs, boubain, fatties, ABTs, and Dutches Wicked Bake Beans. Everything turned out great, the brisket was the best to date. Everyone enjoyed it, BUT the wicked bake beans stoled the show. Everyone wanted to know how they were done. So a big thank you goes out to Dutch!!!! You made both parties a special memory! Thanks again.

Those things are great aren't they Sumosmoke and I made our first pans of Dutch's beans this weekend and I think all either one of us could figure out was we messed up by not making them long ago. They sure are good.

They are the best I've had. Making a couple batches this Sat for an ABATE picnic. We'll see how they pass the biker test. On long trips, we are always looking for that out of the way Mom and Pop place to stop, rest, and eat. They usually have the best food. Yours have been the best Dutch. Be interesting to see what everyone says this weekend.

Aw shucks!!

Thanks for the feedback on those beans, it means a lot; they are wicked ain't they Oscar? Stealing the show from the brisket and the ribs like that-tsk, tsk!!

As I have mentioned before, I spent a couple of years in developing that recipe and those beans are a great hit with my family and neighbors.
