Dutch oven......chuck roast....

    Any suggestions on what to do with the pair?

    Onions potatoes carrots celery garlic salt pepper 4-6 good stouts or porters. There ya have it.

    Another suggestion is to cut up the Chuck, 1" square. Season well and sear in the a tablespoon or two of olive oil in the DO. Add onion garlic de glaze with Porter, stout, red wine. Add beef stick and all the veggies mentioned and make stew. Or forgo the beef stock and add 6 stouts and make beef carbonnade.

    Or skip the beer and wine and take this the other direction and make chunky chili.
