Double Turkey Breast Smoke on the UDS

    Cooked 2 turkey breasts for the fam. Used teh Slaughterhouse Poultry brine, injection, and spritz. I put the last of the bacon in the fridge over the top for some flavor and moisture

    Sorry for the weak Q-View this time. They turned out really good. Took about 5 hours to smoke

    Looks good to me! I with my wife liked turkey so I could do more. She loves chicken but hates turkey. I don't understand it at all.
