Thanks a lot for the advice. I have to admit that all the babysitting and all of a smoker/grill/stick burner :) is getting a bit much. After I did my last smoke of 14 hours, I was pretty wiped for the next couple days. Maybe I just getting too old for all that.
Thinking seriously about the electric smoker for next years brisket. I usually only do it once a year. Though I might start doing it more often. That chopped brisket was just too dang good
