Had a hankerin fer some beef ribs lately, found a sorta decent package an despite a killer headache, got em smoked up taday.

Yummy! I love beef ribs. They are hard to find around here, but such a treat when I do.

I was in my local grocery store a year ago, and saw a bunch of them -- bought them all! Asked the butcher how it was they had them -- hadn't seen them there before. He told me they had a sale on Delmonioc's, but ran short, so they cut their own from rib roasts. Man, were those good!

I do love some meaty beef ribs!!!

The ones in your picture look dang good!

Just called the local custom butcher, and he assures me, they have beef ribs loaded with meat, not the Walmart bag of bones in cryovac!!!

I plan to smoke some St Louis style pork ribs, and beef ribs for the Super bowl!!

I could use the search thing, but I want more details on how you cooked those..........

Total cooking time, temperature, foil, no foil ect......

Again, dang those look good!
