Been seeing this all over the board, so I thought I would give it a go!
Ready to foil @ 165*
Came off @ 205...stored in cooler with a couple of towels for an hour or so..
Ready to pull..
Made some Au Jus with the juices...Melted some provolone on top..
Dinner is served!!!
All cooked on the Keg!!
