This is my 2nd thread (after roll call) I have been passing though for months and waiting for a while to feel ready to join in.
I am in the process of building an offset/vertical smoker (vertical smoker dimensions: W:28"/D:28"/H:52").
and I would like your thoughts on the dimensions for the chimney based on the size of the smoker + should the chimney be in the middle, off to the side, etc.
P.S. I have plenty of free chimney bricks, so of course I plan on making it out of bricks (Would I need a flue liner?) --- (I can get into the whole how to on buttressing
on another thread).
I have many more questions, so thank you in advance for your thoughts.
