I'm at a cottage and my buddy brought a deer roast and a trout over...how do I smoke them!?
What piece of equipment do you have access.... charcoal, wood, gas.... what style is it.....
I'm using an ECB. Trout was delicious. Deer roast on now. What internal temp??

Thanks! We brought it to 145IT, sliced it up, wrapped 'em in foil and sauce and slow cooked 'em on the que afterwards for a tender finish. No QVIEW (I know, didn't happen, haha) as there were no cameras. Thanks for the tips doe!
