Using my weber kettle, rubbed them last night.

I love ribs, they are making me hungry.
 
OK, I'm drooling!,, looks great. Ihave done them on a weber before and they turned out great, the weber kettle is awsome.
 
Didn't turn out too bad.....used the 3-2-1 method today with Cowboy charcole and hickory.

Great looking ribs! The Weber is one of my favorites. It's just so versatile. Also, those yard birds look like they have a lot of potential too.
Goose Creek, S. C. ...... brings back a lot of great memories. I used to hunt quail there while I was visiting in Charlotte. Good memories and great people! Good smoking!
