Here is a recipe for baked beans I have developed over the years:
1 55 OZ can of Bush's Original Baked Beans
3 15 1/2 OZ cans Red Beans with juice
2 15 1/2 OZ cans Pinto Beans drained
1 15 1/2 OZ can Black Beans with juice
1/2 Cup Dark Brown Sugar
Garlic Powder to taste
Onion Powder to taste
1 Small Onion finely chopped
Liquid Smoke to taste (about 4 or 5 good shakes or 1/2 tsp)
Worechester Sauce to taste (about 1/2 tsp)
2 Lbs thick cut Maple Bacon rough chopped
1/4 Cup Molasses
Combine all ingriedients in a dutch oven, simmer for 2 to 4 hours either on stove or over coals.
