I posted a while back that I was given a smoke hollow propane smoker as a present in December, but when I put it together last month to try it out I could not get the temp. to stay under 320. I emailed the company and told them my problem. Within 2 weeks they sent me a new smaller burner and hose for the smoker. I installed it last week and tried my first smoke with a boneless picnic roast and it worked great. Temp stayed down at 250 or less and the picnic turned out terrific (of course usin' the methods describer here). Anyway, just wanted to let people know that the company came through for me. That can be pretty rare now a days.
