Well, the 1 thing I haven't smoke yet is a brisket. Gonna do it Fri. to have Sun noon. Can't smoke it Sat because of the Iowa get together. When it is finished smoking and resting can I slice it, seal it then Sun put the bags in hot water to warm back up? Or, slice it, keep it in the pan, put in the oven Sun to re-heat? Leave it whole, slice and re-heat in oven on Sun? Or, slice it and have cold sammies on Sun. If you re-heat in oven, what temps? 350 for 1/2 hr or so? I don't want to dry it out, so any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Last time I had to reheat a brisket I sliced it cold, put it in a glass casserole dish (with lid), all the drippins I saved, and reheated in the oven.
With all the drippins in there and the lid on, it stayed moist and tender.

Thanks guys. I was leaning towards leaving it whole. Just wasn't sure what temp to reheat at. Looks like a low and slow reheat in the oven. Thanks again.

Depending on whats going on I have also saved the juice when I unfoil it and put that in the fridge then slice the brisket hot and after cooling put it in the fridge. When I go to reheat I use a deep pan and place the slices in then take the juice out of the fridge and scrape the fat off nuke it about 25 seconds then pour some over the slices cover with foil and put into a 250* oven till warm.
I have also taken slices out and just placed them into a steamer.
I have done it Texas Hunter's way too
Any of these methods will work just find the one you like best.
