just finished this rib meat awhile ago, alittle verry good rub, and smoked with hickory/masq, its basic stuff tho.

They look great...

However, you really need to downsize those pics, I have to scroll with a 24" monitor. You should use 640X480 so that they don't take dialup users forever to load.
