Corned beef

    Can anyone give any help on smoking a corned beef? Time and temp? Im new to this.

    You just can't beat pastrami. I have a brisket curing in the fridge as we speak.

    You are not the only beginner. I had the idea to smoke a corned beef, and I wasn't alone. SMF is packed with great info!
