We are looking to get a new smoker for my work location. We do not use it daily or really for large groups. It is more for small things and just to play with. At this time we have been using a MES30 and wanted to go to a MES40, however we need one that is commercial, company new rules.

So the question is..... has anyone used the Cook Shack commercial smoker and any insight on it?

Thank you

I have a Cookshack SM150 commercial electric smoker and it is built like a tank. They no longer make that model but they do make the SM160 which is the same as my smoker but the SM160 is all stainless steel on the outside where mine is black powder coat finish on the outside. Otherwise everything else is the same

It has 5=18x18 racks and has a very awesome computer on it that if you have the optional meat probe you can cook to a specific meat probe temperature and then the smoker will go into hold mode as low as 140.

Let me know if you have any other questions
