When you start a thread or reply, you can post a pic by clicking on the insert image icon along the top of the tool bar five icons to the left of the smiley face...or ten icons to the right of the B bold icon...Looking forward to seeing some pics...

Evrything turned out pretty good for the first smoke. At least everyone else said it was great. Had a hard time getting the smoke chamber up to temp:devil: it took almost 4 hrs before it got to 200. As a result I had a little creosote issue but it was tolerable. So its back to the drawing board on the smoker. The chicken was the best yard bird I have ever ate after you took the skin off, the ABTs were a big hit, wasn't anything wrong with the fatties although I will do them a little diferent next time. Freinds brought beans, mac n cheese, tater salad and naner pudn. What a feast! Won't eat again for two days.
Thanks to all of you who have participated on this forum, even the ons who didn't respond in this thread. All the recipes and smoker mods have come from this forum and its contributors:sausage:
