Been smoking for couple of years, using Wsm replica, since the original is so friggin expensive here. Usually it's porkneck, since bostonbutt is not normal cut in these parts of the world.
Also babybacks, and sometimes spares. Most times i don't use sauces, but if i do, it's vinegar-mustard based, can't stand the stickysweet stuff.
i'll try to upload some pictures, since we have worldwide restaurantday on saturday. Concept which was invented here in Finland. Mostly european countries, but even few popups in South-america.
