OK, I've heard of doing double smoked hams.........So here is my question..... Because of a failure of my AMNPS, my 8 lb. picnic did not get much smoke at all...it came out moist and the bone just fell off. It just doesn't have much of a smoke flavor. If I can get both ends of the AMNPS going, would it be acceptable to cold smoke the pulled pork for an hour or so? Thx.
