Good morning All: I just signed on today and I'm looking forward to being involved. The info I've seen so far looks good. I've been smoking for a long time with various kinds of equipment including a big homemade barrel smoker on a trailer and a refrigerator sized upright smoker. I'm just now starting to build a trailer mounted, reverse flow smoker using a 48" long piece of heavy (3/8" wall) 30" diameter steel pipe. I'm going to try to take alot of pictures and will get some of them online as the project goes on. If anyone has built a reverse flow unit lately, I'd appreciate any suggestions.Regards, Chuck

Here's uncle beef is starting one right now. Here's a link to it:

Thanks for the warm welcome everyone. We made a lot of progress on the smoker yesterday and I've got some good pictures. I'm putting up a blog and hope to have it done later in the day. As soon as it's done, I'll put up the pictures and post a note with the url.

Hi All: I posted some pictures and comments of my reverse flow build on my www.chucksbluemoon.com blog. If you have a minute to look at them and have comments or suggestions, I'd be most appreciative. Thanks, Chuck
