I finally got the chuckies in the smoker today. The total weight is 7.4 lbs. The one on the right is rubbed with evoo, cbp, garlic, and salt. It will be smoked for a couple of hours, then go in the crock pot for pot roast tonight. The one on the left is rubbed with mustard and Richtee's rub. I'm using hickory today. They will be smoked at about 250o.
