Going to be making a Chuckie tomorrow morning. I went to the butcher after work today and picked up a 4 1/2 pound chuckie. Cost $20.70 and it is huge. When I go to the local grocery store they are a priced more for a lot less meat. Im going to smoke it over cherry and hickory chunks on my WSM at 230 degrees. Going to rub it down with oil and some of Jeff's rub. 160 then foil. 205 and taking it off to the cooler for 2 hours. I'll spray it every hour with apple juice and some rum. Lots of pics coming tomorrow throughout the day. Plus I picked up some nice Grill Gloves from Lowes on sale for $9 and they are really insulated.
