Hello all, I am fairly new to smoking food.  My son built me a smoker which is my avatar on here.  I started smoking food in July of 2014.  I have smoked ribs of different varieties, pork chops, a pork shoulder, bacon wrapped meatloaf and other such things.  Still getting my feet wet.
