I didn't get any prep views but I'm so proud of this batch that I had to share the pot view. The smoked meat kicked my chili up to a level that I cannot even describe. I think I make pretty good chili, but this brought a tear to my eye! Here it is resting on the stove: Had to share. If you need yet another excuse to fire up the smoker, this is it.
