Bought Jeff's recipees last week. Just got around to smoking today. Here's the birds seasoned up and just put on the chargriller. Took the chargriller up to 300 degrees with two chimneys of Kingsford Competition briquettes with the help of my 7 dollar fan from Wally World. One hour into smoke. Buster has got his eye on things. One hour and forty five minutes in.......sauced six of them (want to taste a few with just Jeff's rub). Two hours fifteen minutes on the chargriller.
