Chicken Thighs, Veggies and Stuffing

    Chicken thighs marinated in Lawry’s Herb & Garlic, in the cast iron pan is a cauliflower, broccoli, carrot blend seasoned with some Mrs. Dash and butter, both around the Vortex cooking indirect with a little smoke from a chunk of oak.

    Chicken thighs over the Vortex for some direct heat to finish.

    -----

    Chicken thighs, veggies and stuffing... good eating!

    You are getting way too professional for us poor wanta be smokers. You even get 'em in formations to cook. 

    "From that 6 pointed star formation, I want you to form back up in a straight line and dress that line up for the crisping direct heat cycle......"

    Great looking meal! I gotta learn to smoke my veggies. Do you parboil or pre-nuke 'em first? I nuke my brussel sprouts for 3 mins before hitting the grill or else it takes days for 'em to cook.

    In this cook the veggies were frozen, we go right from the freezer to the grill.
