Chicken thighs, tomatoes and a onion

    My first chicken thighs smoking at 230 for 1.5hr pulling at 165. I also did boudin 230 pulled at 260 and a 6lb flank brisket at 225 for7.5hr pulled at 170 and foiled till 190 all my first time smoking I figured go big or go in the house.
