Chicken Thighs and Leg Quarters Rock! and inexpensive to boot!

  1. Does anyone use the those Leg Quarters in a bag?

    They are a screaming deal - about $5. for 10 lbs. You can't beat that with a stick.

    I take them, pull the skin back, shake a little rub on there, then cover back over with the skin.

    We almost always use a rub similar to Jeff's (just got his - can't wait to try it), but we have also been using Adobo lately - very good and quick and easy if you are out of Hungarian Paprika or Samoan Salt or Chilean Chili Powder or...... [​IMG]

    I buy them in the bag like that. Then I will put 2 per pack with seasonings and vacum seal. Pop in the freezer until we use them. You cant beat the price!!
