Chicken thighs and an Italian fatty

    Brined 4 thighs for 2 hrs in a basic brine and rubbed with lemon pepper, took a Bob evans italian sausage and stuffed it with sauteed green pepper and onions and mozzarella cheese, rolled in a lil of my rub and will smoke over hickory.........

    My cuz, DBBBQ and the family are on the way over, better add some brats and italian sausages, nothing like a full smoker.......pic's to come[​IMG]
