Chicken Temp and Time???

    I had this neat little .pdf chart that I think I got off here saved on my laptop that had all the times and temps for different kinds of meat and approximate cook time. But then my computer lots it's brains and got wiped out. So one quick question, how long do I smoke a chicken spatchcocked and beer can and at what temp. And the overall more important but slightly less urgent question, does anybody have a chart like that? I'm pretty sure I got it off here but I can't find it now.

    The spatchcocked birds I just did took a little over 2 hours but I was running temps close to 300 to try and get a crispy skin. Beer can chickens usually take a little longer than that for me.
