The final phase for my daughter's B-day party!!
Chicken brined, brushed with mayonaise and a homemade yardbird rub Plowboy, i need help!!)



Only 3# charcoal and 2 chunk's of Pecan.
20 briquete's in the chimney and were off!!



Sweet blue almost immediately!




Wanted to try to run about 325*........this is the best i could do, about 45 min's now!

tho i thought, the mayo trick, was to crisp up the skin at lower temps.......no matter...........EXCELLANT

Really doesn't matter what you put on the chix, or if you put anything on the chix, if you cook at 350° you get crisp skin.
I do want to try the mayo to hold rub in place. That is the purpose. Same as mustard on ribs.
And Bubba, thems some tasty lookin' chix!

Damn!! Everything I wanted to say, everyone already said. Oh what the hell. That's some good looking Chicken Bubba, and cool smoker. I may try to make one of them, You don't have to weld anything do you?
