I call these my Hot Sweet Stickey Chicky-Chicky. Brined, dried,dry rubed hung and smoked at 305. Sauced them up for about 45 min. They a really good at least that's what the wife and grand kifs say. This is my 3rd smoke on my Yoder 640 and I have to say I think this smoker has taken my smoking game up to a different level. Still working on all facets of my smoking game but constant temps are a god send.
